Bring notebook, paper, textbook, and calculator to class everyday.

 Please be in your seats and ready to start class (pencils sharpened, work turned in) when            
 the bell rings. If you are not in your seat that is a tardy.

 Leave all personal items not related to class in your backpack or locker.

 Take care of all personal business before class. Please do not ask to leave class to   handle personal business.

 Food and other snacks (including  chewing gum) should not be eaten or used during class.

 Remain in your desk unless given permission to move around the room. 

 An admit is required for all students more than one minute late for class.

 Abide by the rules and regulations of Houston High School.

 It is the students responsibility to make up missed assignments. 
    Always check the student center for information about missed assignments.  
    In the student center you will find a daily planner with notes on the information or 
    activities covered that day in class. 

 Also in the center are three folders: 
 Worksheet folder - for any hand-outs given during the absence
 Graded Papers - for any papers that were returned during the absence
 Make-Up work -  folder to turn in make-up work once completed

 You have the number of days absent to make up work. Tests and quizzes make up day is     
      Wednesday at 2:15 in room 125.

Tutoring is available by appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday from 2:15 to 2:50. Please come with specific questions. These sessions are designed for those students who need extra help with concepts. This is not a homework session or a re-teach session.
